The Greenbriar Inn was built in 1908 and is on the National Registry of Historic Places. It has been totally restored and decorated with an eye to elegant simplicity and comfort with a mix of antique and replica furnishings. The main floor is occupied by our restaurant, 315 Cuisine. A 150-foot wrap-around deck surrounds the dining room and looks out over the garden and patio, where guests often sit under umbrella tables in the summer. Brick patios in the front of the house, and a shady porch are ideal for fair weather dining.

This is a unique spot for dining and lodging, located central to the downtown core, yet in a private garden setting just four blocks from the Lake!

The restaurant features a hand-crafted cocktail bar and small-plate or “tapas” menu. We also offer main dishes for those wishing traditional fare.

Greenbriar Catering has served our community since 1986, and along with our restaurant and bed and breakfast, have all received many awards for quality and service over the years.

We are well known locally for hosting smaller parties during restaurant hours or larger parties outside of our restaurant hours: Wednesday through Sunday, 4 to 9pm!
